What confirmation will I receive regarding my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email once you have placed your order.
Within 24 hours another confirmation email with be sent regarding information for order tracking number and order dispatched.
Soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an order tracking number to track your order.
I haven’t received an order confirmation email. What should I do?
If your email hasn’t come through to your inbox, please check your junk/spam mail.

Can I cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation for order if it has not been shipped please email or call our customer support.

If your order has not been dispatched a full refund will be processed.
Once the order has been shipped or is in the process for shipment, cancellation may not be possible. Please refer to our returns procedure.

Yes, soon as you receive your order tracking number after your order has been dispatched.

Where do we Ship & Deliver?
Currently, we just ship within United Kingdom.
However some items we cannot to ship to Northern Island.
(displayed in the products delivery & shipping information)
Also orders from Scotland highland, Scottish Islands, and Channel Islands will come with additional shipping costs.
Each product has Delivery & Shipping information of delivery timeframe.

Will all of my items arrive at once if I order multiple items or bundles?
Yes, we will make sure that all your items will be delivered at once.
Unless, you order a brand partner item, this will be dispatched directly from them, with separate tracking information.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Depending on which item you have ordered estimate delivery timeframes are displayed in on the product page.
Refunds & Returns
Can I return my order?
Items can be returned up to 14 days after delivery - they must be unused , in their original packaging, and in the condition as when you received them. Any items that are damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted after inspection.

How long does it take to process my refund?
When your item is returned and accepted after inspection you will receive your refund no later than 14 days.
Who pays for the return delivery?
The customer will be held responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
A fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping costs.
