 Cancellation after ordering: 

Change your mind… 

You may request a cancellation for order if it has not been shipped and a full refund will be processed. Once the order has been shipped or is in the process for shipment, cancellation may not be possible. Please refer to our returns procedure. 

Items can be returned up to 14 days after delivery - they must be unused , in their original packaging, and in the condition as when you received them. Any items that are damaged, worn or altered may not be accepted after inspection.

and confirm the following application information: 

*Your details: name, phone number, email address 

*Order Number 

*Receipt of goods date 

*Current Today’s Date

*Reason for return of goods. 

Damaged or Defective/Faulty items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact our customer support providing your order details and clear description of the problem. We may ask for supporting evidence such as photographic evidence or videos.

*Receipt of goods date 

*Current Today’s Date

*Reason for return of goods. 

Please do not initiate returns without contacting us first. We aim to respond with in 24 hours. 

Refund (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection. 

if you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

When your item is returned and accepted after inspection you will receive your refund no later than 14 days. 

Who pays for the return delivery? 

* We may deduct a fee from your refund to cover the shipping costs. 

The product conditions that we allow for returns: 

* Unused, unworn, original packaging. 

Ship Returns to: 

* Depending on which product you wish to return a return shipping label will be provided by our couriers or via email.
